Hunting for designers

If your parents had to paint the walls once a month, if the first application you opened on your computer was paint or if your fingers are always soaked in water colours, then you're our gal/guy.
Seriously now, I'm looking for someone with good knowledge of design and Photoshop(even if you haven't worked before) who wants to work from home with a bunch of friendly people.
